Role Overview:
We’re seeking a Senior UX/UI Designer who specializes in building comprehensive Design Systems, has a passion for the ever-evolving Web3 ecosystem, and possesses a deep understanding of the unique needs of DTC brands. This role is perfect for a creative visionary who is passionate about crafting user-centered designs that resonate on a global scale.
Responsibilities:
• Lead the development and implementation of Design Systems across a variety of DTC brand projects, ensuring consistency, scalability, and excellence in design.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand user needs and business goals, translating them into innovative design solutions.
• Stay ahead of Web3 trends and technologies, integrating them into designs to enhance user experience and engagement.
• Design intuitive and elegant interfaces for both mobile and web platforms, focusing on usability, accessibility, and interaction.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and inform design decisions.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs, advocating for user experience best practices.
• Mentor junior designers, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous learning within the team.
Qualifications:
• 2+ years of experience in UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in Design Systems, Web3 projects, and DTC brand work.
• Proficiency with design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).
• Solid understanding of front-end development, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript; familiarity with blockchain technologies is a plus.
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and rationales to stakeholders and team members.
• Proven track record of leading projects from concept to completion, demonstrating strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
• A passion for staying up to date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.

Salary: $75,000 - $77,000
