How will your ideas contribute to shaping what’s next?
As the Senior Winning Work Consultant (Pursuits / Proposals), you will join our wider Winning Work team where you will have the opportunity to establish yourself as a strategic resource across the business. As a senior in the team, you will lead the pursuit and engagement phase of opportunities primarily in WA and NT primarily across the Energy market and day to day, you will proactively engage in major/strategic opportunities, partner with the Bid team, consult and provide advice to shape and deliver a strong submission.
Roles and responsibilities include and are not limited to:
Providing end-to-end bid / proposal management in collaboration with subject matter experts to ultimately achieve on-time and high-quality bid submissions.
Collaborate and prioritise bid submissions across various regions and disciplines.
Produce bid-specific/tailored responses for our clients
Compile, maintain and update content across our knowledge libraries.
What are we looking for from you?
As a Senior Winning Work Consultant, you will have strong communication and stakeholder management skills and will be confident to interact at all levels across the business. You can drive bid teams to develop winning solutions and you can plan, multi-task and prioritise competing priorities to deliver to time sensitive deadlines.
You will also bring strong bid and pursuit related experience including proposal writing and bid management/coordination. You will be confident in persuasive writing, editing technical content, proofreading and will have very strong attention to detail. As a Senior in the team, it is important that you showcase a ‘can do’ attitude, willingness to learn and passion to coach and guide the junior members of the team.
The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of direct bid related experience. They will also possess the following:
A relevant qualification in communications/marketing, or business-related fields.
A positive attitude and willingness to contribute to all areas of the business.
Strong project management skills.
Strong document management skills.
High level proficiency in Microsoft Office (particularly Word and PowerPoint) including template creation, styles, layout, and formatting will be required.
Experience in working on shared platforms on opportunities throughout Australia.
Ability to communicate effectively and forge relationships with people across all levels of an organisation.
Experience working for a professional consultancy will be highly regarded.
APMP Foundation (or higher) certification preferred.
