Are you passionate about leveraging data to optimise workforce management strategies? We're seeking a skilled Senior Insights Analyst to spearhead data-driven approach for staffing needs within this QLD Government Department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop advanced predictive models to forecast staffing needs during peak periods within government.
- Utilise statistical techniques to analyse workforce trends and identify optimisation opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and sustain efficient staffing strategies.
- Drive continuous improvement through data-driven insights and recommendations.
- Bachelor's degree in mathematics, statistics, data science, or a related field.
- Extensive experience in workforce management or predictive modelling.
- Proficiency in tools such as Power BI, Tableau, SQL, and Excel.
- Hands on experience using Python & R
- Working knowledge of AWS - desirable but not essential
- Strong communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
