This part-time role offers a 3-day workweek. The working days are scheduled for Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, in the Perth office.
Job Description
What will a day in this role look like:
- Ensuring day to day upkeep, compliance and operations of our Perth office
- Establishing positive partnerships with our landlord, suppliers and vendors to deliver and maintain an effective workplace
- Serving as the primary point of contact for staff enquiries
- Overseeing the management of employee work assets and office equipment
- Providing invaluable provisional support re in-house events

What are we looking for from you?
- Experience as a workplace or operations management (preferred).
- Familiarity with purchasing from suppliers, particularly including catering and stationary procurement.
- Proficiency in effectively managing and coordinating scheduled office maintenance operations.
- Demonstrated success in delivering exceptional customer service
- Exceptional task orientation coupled with good computer skills
