Senior/Contracts Administrator- Landmark Project $200m- Up to $220k package

Leading Australian Developer and Builder who have built a reputation for building cutting edge projects and transforming communities with their builds are now looking for an experienced Senior/Contracts Administrator for a Landmark Project.

We are looking for someone with high rise residential experience who has overseen multiple projects from start to finish.

The Role Responsibilities include:

• Working closely with the rest of the team to ensure projects run smoothly and on budget
• Negotiating contract terms with internal and external stakeholders
• Assisting in drafting scope of works and procurement schedules
• Variations, processing progress claims

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Proven experience in delivering projects in excess of $40m+
• Demonstrable experience as a Contracts Administrator
• High rise residential experience
• Experience with Cheops
• Tertiary qualifications or degree in Building & Construction or similar
• Prior experience in Australia
