Kogarah Veterinary Surgery is looking for a Full-time Head Vet Nurse to join our fast-paced, thriving team. If you hold a Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing and are ready to lead our team of Vet Nurses this role is tailor-made for you.

What we are looking for:
- Strong and proven interpersonal skills to effectively manage and communicate with the team, utilising their strengths and motivators whilst supporting each team member individually.
- Ability to create/manage rosters in a fair and productive way, considering team preferences/personal circumstances. Daily managing of absenteeism.
- Possess a versatile aptitude for multitasking, from nurse consulting, assisting vets in surgery, delegating and/or mentoring staff and customer enquiries.
- Closely working with the Practice Manager and Lead Vets to meet the mission and values of the Kogarah clinic.
- Positive can do attitude
