We currently have a Senior/Principal Consultant vacancy in our Technology & Transformation Commerce Division. The T&T Commerce team consists of 16 high performing Recruitment Consultants that service all start up's, scale-ups, software houses, FinTech, medium and enterprise commercial clients in Sydney.
You will be provided with a comprehensive training program:

Projects & Transformation
The Senior/Principal Consultant will be working closely with the Associate Director to shape and build the business and be proactive in growing market share. There are exceptional development opportunities available with the backing of an experienced Management team.

Responsibilities:
Maximise market share in accounts by driving improved relationships across existing and new accounts
Focus on cool, trendy Software Houses, start up's, scale ups, FinTech's, medium and enterprise commercial accounts
Understand clients' business operations and solve their recruitment needs through a consultative sales approach
Select and match candidates for appropriate positions, arrange interviews and fully brief candidates on the company and role
Focus on candidate experience and build strong relationships with candidates across the market
Required Skills:
Open to candidates (1-10 years experience)
Strong relationship management and account management skills
Commercial Acumen and business development
Strong demonstrated work ethic (through studies, work, extra curricular activities, sport... etc)
Team-based mind set
A can do, positive attitude and coach-able
Excellent communication skills
A strong interest in consultative selling or professional services
