Job Description:
Due to growth in our NSW Blue Collar Recruitment Team we require a Senior or Principal Recruitment Consultant who is looking for an opportunity to progress their career, down their chosen pathway of either sales or team leadership. In this pivotal role, you will play an integral part in further growing our footprint in the Blue Collar space in NSW in a 360 capacity, sourcing and attracting top-tier candidates for various positions. Collaborating closely with new and existing clients, you'll comprehend their recruitment needs and deliver tailored staffing solutions. Your adeptness in building robust relationships with clients and candidates alike will be pivotal to your success.
Experience Requirements:
- Experience in Recruitment, or Business Development
- Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with clients and stakeholders in a professional manner
- Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as a part of a team
- Proven success in a 360 capacity and with new client acquisition.
- An appetite to be successful, and help build a global brand in Australia
- Experience in any of the following industries, Engineering, Rail, Mining, Government, and Construction industries is a plus
- Established long-term client and client relationships
- Take responsibility for client terms, contracts & fulfilments
- Play key tole in supporting the growth and development of the team.
