Whether you’re seeking temporary challenges or aiming for ongoing opportunities, we have the perfect fit for your aspirations. In these positions, you’ll be at the forefront of workforce modelling, data analysis, and reporting, driving critical decisions that will shape the trajectory of our state’s workforce capabilities and capacity. As a Senior Workforce Analyst, you’ll dive deep into complex labour market data, providing invaluable insights that guide our strategies. - Comprehensive knowledge of statistical and econometric theories and principles, and considerable experience in leading and delivering data analysis and modelling from a range of variables and sources.
- Knowledge of workforce and labour market data sources, concepts, classifications and analysis techniques is desirable.
- Experience designing and developing data reporting products.
- Ability to identify and communicate trends from complex economic data sets.

- The role will be offered on an ongoing/ term contract for a period of two (2) years.
- Satisfactory Department of Human Services Criminal History Check or National Police Check (NPC) required prior to employment.
