Access Group Australia are the nation's largest privately-owned fleet of Access equipment. Our core business facilitates the hiring, selling, servicing, and transporting of elevated work platforms including scissors, boom lifts, telehandlers and forklifts to the Construction, Material Handling and Mining sectors.

An opportunity exists to join our high performing marketing team as an SEO/SEM Specialist. We are seeking an individual with a high level of technical expertise and analytical skills based on-site at our Canning Vale Head office. You will play a crucial role in managing and optimising our brand online presence and driving qualified sales leads, particularly through search engine optimisation and search engine marketing.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting detailed research on specific topics and relevant keywords to identify new opportunities and audiences using tools such as SEMRush and Google Analytics 4 (GA4).
  • Analysis using Google GA4 to report on lead attribution and conversion rates by campaign and source.
  • Identifying trending, high-volume, and niche keywords for our Search Engine Marketing campaigns.
  • Analysis of competitors' keyword strategies to implement improvements across our strategies.
  • Coordinating and managing organic and paid search strategies that support campaign strategies.
  • Creating, executing, and optimising paid search campaigns for Google Ads, and Bing Webmaster.
  • Creating, executing, and optimising paid social media promotions and re-targeting campaigns.
  • Monitoring campaign performance to drive quality leads and results at the best CPC.
  • Conducting A/B testing for ad copy, landing pages, and bidding strategies for effectiveness.
  • Allocating and managing paid campaign budgets to ensure cost-effective campaign performance.
  • Compiling, verifying, and presenting data on performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, ROAS, and conversions.
  • Analysing search results, web traffic data, ad performance, and SEO/SEM trends to inform strategies.
  • Working with web developers to ensure SEO best practices are properly implemented.
  • Identifying and fixing technical issues that could impact search engine indexing and ranking.

The successful candidate will be an individual who will honour our core values of People, Safety, Respect, Communication and Continuous Improvement - in addition to this they will have:

  • Formal education in a Marketing, Information Technology or other related field. 
  • Proven experience in a similar role, specifically around SEO/SEM and web search strategies.
  • Proficiency in platforms such as Google Ads and Bing Ads (Google Ads Certification are desirable).
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.
  • Ability to prioritise with outstanding time management skills.
  • Resilience and maturity with the ability to work within a collaborative team.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced ever-changing environment.
