About the Role
Hastings Deering is on the hunt for a Service Administration Team Leader to join our award-winning team in Brisbane.
This role exists to provide professional team supervision and leadership to the Service Team under their supervision. This is achieved by instilling the values of Safety, Customer Service, Productivity and Quality in the team to ensure that our customers receive the best quality products that our brand stands for and our customers rightfully expect.
As a Service Administration Team Leader, you will:
Ensure safety management systems are implemented and monitored for team
Ensure investigations for incidents are proactively managed and resolutions are achieved within designated time frames
Ensure customer expectations are mutually agreed through engagement with managers and team
Ensure customer priorities are continually improved through application of customer-first processes
Align goal setting, work plans, budget & resource allocation with plan & group/organisation goals
Ensure financial processes and systems are complied with
Implement quality and risk management processes
Ensure short-term results are achieved within budget
Ensure team targets, due dates and quality standards are met

About You
A successful teammate will have experience in:
A relevant Trade Qualification (Preferred)
Experience in supervising, leading and developing teams within a diversified Company
Demonstrated experience in an front line service department role.
A strong product knowledge of Caterpillar machinery
Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills
SPI/DBS work order experience
