About the role
Reporting to our Service Manager, you will be applying your skills to provide an amazing guest experience including but not limited to.
- Welcoming Guests to the service department and ensuring a seamless positive customer experience from the initial vehicle check in right through to the collection of the vehicle
- Provide excellent communication from clear concise explanations of the job, cost estimates to updates and any changes in cost or completion times.
- Promoting our one stop shop philosophy for vehicle maintenance through our convenient range of value-add items
- Maintain data integrity, accurate invoicing, processing payments and prompt follow up on parts and ongoing guest requests
- Assisting with all enquiries, bookings and coordinating vehicle service and repair work
- Effectively addressing all Guest concerns
- Contribute to the positive team culture and overall guest experience
Skills & Experience
- Previous Service Advisor experience highly regarded but not essential
- Minimum 2 years’ experience within a customer facing environment
- Be on show and be one of the many reasons our Guests want to return to us
- Ability to problem solve, work well under pressure, and execute excellent time management
- Be agile, flexible, and adaptable within a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication and sound computer literacy
- Operate with a high level of Integrity
- Professional and neat appearance
- A Current Driver’s Licence
