About the Role:
As a Service Advisor for our business, your role is to:
- Drive the workload for the department
- Manage our client's customer experience from booking, greeting, sales opportunities and explanation of work performed.
- You are the face of the department and a customer service professional. Your role is to exceed the customers' expectations at all times, and in turn, they are customers for life!
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage your customers experience
- Manage the daily workload for the department
- Maximise all sales and GP opportunities
- Maintain accurate records
- Build and maintain a customer base
Skills and Experience:
- Experience as a Service Advisor is essential
- Top level customer service skills
- Excellent communication skills
- High level of time management skills is essential
- Experience in using dealer management systems
