Qualifications & experience
- To be a successful Service Advisor you need a minimum 2 years’ experience out of apprenticeship, you should have excellent customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills. You should also have a strong understanding of automotive technology and of the Automotive Industry.
- Minimum computer skills required for bookings, online orders, lease company authorisations, quoting, sending reminders etc.
Tasks & responsibilities
- Welcome customers and make general assessments of vehicle issues. Quote repairs to be done through our extensive range of options available.
- Communicate with customers be able to explain the nature of repairs to customers in order to help them decide whether to proceed with the work. Work to ensure customer satisfaction and handle customer issues.
- Be able to communicate with mechanics and all staff with day to day running of workshop.
