In this position your day will be busy and filled with variety; you will utilise your administration and customer service skills to act as the principal contact between the dealership and the customer, for repair and maintenance service on vehicles. Your main responsibility will be liaising with the service department customers, both face to face and over the phone.

The Role:
- Meeting & Greeting customers
- Providing outstanding customer experiences
- Keeping customers up to date with vehicle progress
- Determining the customer’s needs and communicating these to the workshop, to fix it right the first time and deliver the vehicle on time
- Organising courtesy cars
- Estimating the cost and time needed to complete a job using the Dealership Business Management System
- Liaising with the Workshop Controller to ensure all work is carried out in the allocated time frame
- Gaining authorisation for extra work if required
- Handling customer concern's and escalating where necessary
- Carryout follow up phone calls when needed
- Operating hours 7.30am to 5.30pm
