We are looking for another member to join our family as a valued Service Advisor on a full-time basis.
Most of our team members have been with us for 5+ years. Brighton Mazda alongside with Mazda Australia are also making significant investment in training, developing and supporting our family members. We are currently all going through a training program developed by the Ritz Carlton Leadership and Training Centre. Further to this, of course, the right team member will receive full training by one of our seasoned Service Advisor.

As Mazda is a very popular choice of car brand and we are one of the largest Service Centre in Victoria, we get busy. Pretty busy. Therefore, our home is well suited for someone who has a challenger spirit, likes working in a busy, fun yet relaxed and refined environment.
To feel natural in this role, you will bring your superior communication skills both verbal and written, excellent phone manners, good computer literacy combined with a reliable and honest personality. We are looking for the right attitude and attributes so previous dealership experience is not required.

We are open Monday to Friday 7.30am till 5.30pm and on Saturday from 8.30am till 12.30pm – Saturdays are on rotation so you would only be required to work occasionally.
