Redlands Mazda has a vacancy for an experienced Service Advisor preferably with Mazda dealership experience to join the team at Capalaba, Qld. This is an opportunity for you to exercise your customer service skills to deliver exceptional service and support to our customers.
What you will be doing
- Providing optimal customer care by determining their vehicle needs and clearly communicating these needs to the workshop so that vehicles are serviced and/or repaired then delivered on time.
- Providing clear explanations of the job, cost estimates and keeping customers informed.
- Promoting dealer service benefits including parts sales to potential customers with a view to increasing our customer retention.
- Achieving targeted service appointment rate and include strategies to reduce customer No Show rate.
- Ensuring customer invoices itemises all parts, labour and lubricant charges.
We are looking for candidates with the following skills and experience:
- Experience as a Mazda Service Advisor desirable
- (Previous experience in a customer-facing role, (e.g. Hospitality), will be favourably considered for trainee role)
- Proven track record in exceptional customer service delivery/achievement
- Knowledge/Experience with ERApower/ERAnet
- Superior communication skills including conflict resolution skills
- Proven ability to communicate and determine customer needs
- Ability to sell the dealership’s parts and services capabilities based on features, advantages and benefits.
- Ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team
- Current Manual Qld Driver’s Licence
- Able to work Saturdays and Thursday evenings (paid as overtime and on a roster basis)
