Toowoomba Toyota is looking for a dedicated new team member to join our very busy Service Department. We require someone committed to our Customers, a person that doesn't just want to work, but wants a career in the motor industry.
Duties include but are not limited to;
- Advising our Customers of their vehicle's; Service, Warranty and Maintenance requirements.
- Service Appointments for our Customers.
- Liaising with Customers and our Workshop, Toyota and any Sublet Repairer.
- Creating, Updating and invoicing Repair Orders.
- Active promotion of Toyota Service, Genuine Toyota Accessories and Parts.
Desired skills;
- Ability to work productively in a extremely busy environment, possess excellent time management skills and the ability to think on your feet.
- Communicate, promote and develop excellent Customer relationships with both internal and external Customers.
- Reliable and professional with a smart and presentable appearance.
- Dedicated and loyal employee with who has integrity, is respectful and with an empathetic persona.
- Computer Literate
- Vehicle Licence (essential)
