Form of workAn outstanding opportunity exists to join our newly opened Homebush Service Centre as Service Advisor. We are wanting to change the car buying and servicing experience for our customers by providing amazing customer service using technical experts who love cars.
What the role involves:
- Meet and greet customers in our service centre
- Provide information, process invoices and payments
- Liaise with workshop and provide updates and information to customers
- Assist with vehicle movements and deliveries and other duties as required
What we are looking for:
- Qualified or partial completion of mechanical apprenticeship
- Customer service experience. preferably in a Service Advisor role with another brand
- Well presented, outgoing and plenty of confidence
- A passion for cars
- A current drivers license
