Qualifications & experience
- The ability to work in a team environment.
- High level of commitment to success in customer service.
- Strong communication skills both on the telephone and in person.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritise as needed to meet deadlines.
- A current valid Drivers Licence.
Tasks & responsibilities
- Facilitating the drop-off & collection of customers vehicles for servicing.
- Taking enquiries both face-to-face and via phone & email and making service bookings from a range of customers.
- Maintaining regular contact with our servicing customers to provide updates of their vehicles and additional work that is required.
- Communicating with our technician workshop employees to ensure that jobs are completed on time and to the standard we expect and are returned to our servicing customers as promised.
