Hunter Mechanical in Karratha is seeking an experienced and motivated full time Service Advisor (7:00am to 5:30pm Monday to Friday)
We are looking for a highly motivated applicant, who enjoys working in a team environment.
Duties include:
- Coordination of customer bookings
- Management of emails and phone call enquiries
- Greeting customers
- Booking jobs
- Quoting customers
- Ordering required parts
- Processing of invoices for customers and suppliers
- General Administration including but not limited to:
- Filing
- Photocopying
- Scanning
- Calendar Management
What are we looking for:
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent time management and organisation skills
- Full and Valid Driver’s License
- Previous experience as a Receptionist/Administrator/Service Advisor or Sales Representative
