Duties & Responsibilities:
- Provide a “Best in the South-West” customer experience
- Advise customers of workshop findings & recommended work
- Greet customers visiting the dealership
- Process payments
- Organise upcoming bookings
- Assist with occasional parts enquiries
Experience & Attributes:
- Prior dealership experience is essential
- Excellent time management &andorganisational skills
- Personable approach and conflict resolution skills
- Able to thrive in a busy and customer focused environment
- Autonomous decision-making abilities
- Manual C class driver's license
- Truck license is advantageous
