Service Advisor / Service Schedular (Earthmoving Equipment)

About the role
We are currently looking to speak with experienced Service Advisors or technicians who are keen to oversee the scheduling of our client's busy Melbourne West branch and additional Field Service staff.
With a fantastic Service Manager leading the way, you will manage the day to day service scheduling, enabling the Service Manager to work on the bigger picture of the Service Department.
To achieve the desired outcome for this position, you might have:

• Trade certifications or existing experience within a Construction Equipment, Truck or Agricultural or automotive dealership
• Service workshop experience will also be considered
• Experience either as a leader of a team or senior technician experience with a desire to step up into a leadership role
• A willingness to learn and accept new systems and procedures
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to converse easily with all levels of people within the business

Whilst not essential, previous exposure to Construction or Earthmoving Machinery in a retail or wholesale environment would be beneficial for this position. Candidates who have experience with brands such as Volvo Construction Equipment, Hitachi, Caterpillar/CAT, John Deere, Liebherr, Komatsu, Kubota, Bobcat, Case Construction, JCB, Yanmar, Sumitomo or similar are strongly encouraged to apply.
An attractive remuneration package comprising of a healthy base salary of c. $80k-$100k (negotiable) will offered to the successful candidate.
