REDinc are seeking a Site Manager for our Mullumbimby centre to help ensure staff have the information, direction and guidance required to support participants to reach their potential goals and outcomes.
This role will see you be the key manager and backbone to everything REDinc in the Mullumbimby community. You bring a positive outlook, a “Can do” attitude and an abundance of enthusiasm to the role. Helping to develop and expand programs and types of support offered by the Mullumbimby REDinc centre. You love to establish and nurture connections within the community, promoting an inclusive, supportive and positive workplace culture for both participants and staff involved in our programs.
The role is being offered as a Permanent Part Time basis @ Four (4) day each week but can be negotiated as Five (5) days if need be. The salary range commences from SCHADS and will be scaled depending on skills and experience. As a NFP organisation, you also have access to salary packaging of up to $15,900 per year.

You have well developed leadership skills, problem solving skills and the ability to communicate effectively with multiple stakeholders across our business and community.
To be successful in the role, you need:
• Previous experience in a similar role managing and delivering supports and day programs for participants
• A robust understanding of the NDIS and its impact on the lives of people with a disability
• Demonstrated strong leadership skills (2-3+ years)
• An ability to assess and respond to individual needs
• Superior organisational and interpersonal skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with a diverse range of people and to build trust and develop rapport
• Ability to use Microsoft Office
• Relevant qualification in Community Services/Disability.
