The Mower Supastore is a family owned company,  established in December 2003, who have achieved at becoming one of largest Outdoor power equipment stores in Australia. Known for high quality products, and strong reputation for after sales support and maintenance. Currently accommodating 30 staff members and we are continuing to grow, recognising that our staff are our greatest asset - we invest in their growth and development and are committed to promoting a high performance culture. 

The Mower Supastore is currently seeking a motivated  Service Advisor/Workshop Receptionist with fantastic communication skills and an eye for detail to join our team.


The opportunity:

This is a customer support role that would be an ideal fit for someone who thrives on being busy, has an eye for detail and loves getting the processes right the first time. If you are a team player and really love providing efficient and high-quality admin and customer support, then we would love to hear from you. 

The desired applicant:

You will need to be able to organise tasks efficiently and to prioritise tasks based on the timelines required. There will be a variety of customer service/administration and data entry duties, as well as answering inbound calls. Your skills and abilities will be utilised to ensure that the information entered into our system is accurate and to the highest quality.  You will be apart of a large team ranging from Sales, Spare Parts and Workshop, working and assisting to each department in your own unique way.

Successful Applicants will have:

  • Enjoy working as part of a team but also possess the ability to work autonomously.
  • Meeting and greeting guests promptly and courteously as they drop off their machines to be serviced/repaired.
  • Ensuring you create a great guest experience. 
  • Strong organisational skills with clear focus on quality and standards.
  • Excellent communication/customer service skills (both written, verbal, in person and over the phone).
  • Time planning and management skills.
  • Strong computer skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
