The Lifetime Learner Experience Unit (LLE) was conceived in 2021 to coordinate and optimise the future learner experience. Within LLE, the Future Learner Team consists of three core functions to ensure emerging priorities and peak periods of activity are met. The teams work closely with one another, as well as other LLE teams, to shift and share resources to meet emerging priorities and peak periods of activity.
About the Role
Are you interested in supporting future learners with their enquiries whilst helping them understand why UTS should be their preferred education destination?
In this dynamic role, you will be working in a call centre environment to undertake the following:
- Conversing with prospective students, parents and stakeholders to assist them with their enquiry, via inbound and outbound phone calls.
- Support future learners with their enquiries via online chat and email.
- Hold engaging conversations with prospective learners wanting to study at UTS as well as conduct outbound calling campaigns to prospective learners
- Provide professional, positive representation and advocacy of UTS
- Ensure correct future learner details are recorded for data management
- Actively promote relevant events and recruitment activities to future learners
To be successful for this role, you will also:
- Offer an exemplary customer service experience
- Be able to manage a high level of both Inbound and outbound enquiries
- Be passionate about the student experience at UTS and contribute to continually improving these interactions
- Be open to coaching and training opportunities
- Be willing to support the activities of other LLE teams
What we offer you
Hourly Rate: $41.64-$43.61 (HEW 2)
The university offers 10.5% employer provided superannuation in addition to the hourly rate.
This position will be offered on a casual basis for a minimum of 3 shifts per week.
The shifts will be combination of full day, morning, afternoon, and evening, between the hours:
- Monday-Friday - 9:00am – 7:00pm
