The Role:
As a Customer service, Administration assistant working at our head office, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our day-to-day activities. You will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks, including record-keeping, scheduling, correspondence, and providing support to our staff and management team. Your role will be integral to maintaining efficiency, organisation, and effective communication within our team.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate administrative tasks within the organisation
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of company activities
- Book and schedule emergency response mitigation activities including deployment of specialised technicians, equipment and plant
- Schedule appointments and projects
- Manage correspondence with clients, suppliers, and team members
- Provide support to staff and management, including preparing reports and presentations
- Ensure effective communication within the team and with external stakeholders
- Assist in the planning and execution of company events and projects
- Contribute to the development and implementation of administrative systems and processes
