About the role
We are looking for an Executive Assistant (15 hours per week) who excels in a fast-paced setting and possesses exceptional organisational skills. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing calendars, preparing budgets, ensuring seamless communication and providing essential support to the General Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage multiple calendars and email boxes efficiently.
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing priorities with a can-do attitude.
- Support the General Manager in day-to-day operations and strategic initiatives.
- Organise travel arrangements as required, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
- Arrange conference logistics, including venue booking, catering.
- Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Utilise Xero for financial management.
- Exhibit excellent time management skills to prioritise tasks effectively.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience (2 years) as an Executive Assistant or similar role.
- Proficiency in Xero software.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
