Responsibilities
- Co-ordinate and manage technicians and subcontractors to deliver services for our clients.
- Take ownership of your portfolio
- Monitor, control and manage work orders and job requests to meet customer expectations and KPI’s.
- Respond to reported maintenance issues and coordinate efficient and effective responses.
- Ensuring all jobs are completed on time and within budget.
- Liaising with clients, subcontractors and suppliers and maintaining strong relationships through regular communications.
- Providing a high level of administration support to our clients to meet specific deadlines.
Skills and experience
- Knowledge of electrical/security/construction industry
- Previous experience in a similar role (desired)
- Experience with SimPRO job maintenance software (desired)
- Excellent communication, co-ordination, and time management skills
- Good knowledge of Excel, Word, Microsoft Outlook
- Quick learner with high level of attention to detail
- Good problem-solving skills and a ‘can do’ attitude.
- Adaptable and enjoys working as part of a team
