Essential Safety Solutions
Essential Safety Solutions is a national fire servicing company established in 2012. ESS is experiencing ongoing growth in the fire industry and is looking for an admin assistant to join our service team.
The role would be best suited to a candidate with 1-2 years’ experience in a similar role. Extensive training will be provided for this role.
To be successful in this role you will be self-motivated, organised, have a strong work ethic, excellent verbal and written communication and have strong attention to detail.
The Service Assistant responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Develop and maintain customer relationships
- Responds to customer enquiries over the phone, in person and via email
- Raise reactive works in our CRM and liaise with clients to complete works
- Manage technician schedules
- Raising purchase orders
- Ordering and picking stock for reactive work orders
This role is suited to a person looking for long term full time employment. Experience with the use of Uptick and Xero Accounting Software is preferable but not essential.
