A passionate service provider company is looking for a scheduling coordinator in Melbourne Western suburbs.

Your new role
Day to day you will have to schedule the technicians to go on site and assist with the order and the billing for the part required.
- Assist with planning and coordinating work activities to ensure that all work is completed on time in accordance with schedule requirements and client and customer expectations.
- Monitor work order and outstanding reports
- Assist planners with scheduling in work management system ensuring the work is completed in a timely manner
- Schedule distributed fields & close out work order related activities
- Bill work orders and invoices to clients provide the highest standard of administrative support to the Operations Manager and the Director.
- Develop and maintain good relationships with both existing and potential clients, always promoting the image of the Company.
- Be able to upsell when possible
- Provide a strong customer service and be the first point of contact.
What you'll need to succeed
- Excellent communication skills and a positive demeanour
- Be comfortable dealing with clients and technicians over the phone and face to face.
- Background coordinating technicians
