An exciting opportunity exists to become a part of Programmed's Facility Management business unit. Reporting into the Operational Excellence Manager, your primary responsibilities will include overseeing the day-to-day administrative tasks and coordination various services related to multiple contracts. This encompasses managing work orders, generating reports, handling invoicing, and facilitating communication with stakeholders. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in administering the computerized work management system, ensuring efficient receipt, allocation, and reporting of maintenance service requests, including proactive maintenance efforts.
