My Client is a Australian owned Fire Protection Company looking for a motivated person to join the Team & share their Family Culture.If you have experience in effectively communicating & allocating Technicians with their required schedules within the Fire, Electrical OR Essential Services industry's I would like to hear from you.
You must have excellent Customer Service & organisational skills in order for you to liaise with Techs & Clients to ensure that all Service intervals are booked/tracked & completed proficiently. The role will also require you to, provide/complete Quotes, issue Invoices upon work completion plus other ad hoc Administrative work.
This role requires an "Early Start" of 7.30am & likewise an "Early Finish" of 3.30pm.
What You Need;
- Previous Service Coordinator/Scheduler experience within the Fire, Electrical OR Essential Services industry's
- simPRO software experience will be highly regarded
- Tech Savvy - Proficient knowledge/use of CRM systems & various platforms such as Windows (incl Excel, Outlook etc)
- Strong Administration experience (document control, data entry & operation)
- Exceptional Customer Service & Communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail & highly organised
