An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Coordinator to join the Fines & Debt team within Revenue NSW!
The Fines & Debt division of Revenue NSW supports the administration of the end to-end fines process on behalf of over 250 issuing authorities such as Police, Transport, Courts, and Councils as well as manages the collection of debts for other agencies across local and state government.
What we do:
Customer Channels is part of our Operations pillar within Fines & Debt and is responsible for managing customer contacts across all systems and channel types and for all streams of work including fines and our whole of government debt collection activity.
