Media Services CoordinatorLocation: ArtarmonUtilise your passion & knowledge of content across TV, movies & sports to grow your career!Reporting to the Media Services Supervisors and working across a 24/7 rotating roster you will be responsible for:
- Record, prepare and distribute content for Fox Sports and Foxtel broadcast and digital platform requirements.
Download, transcode and ingest content from a variety of sources.Transfer and duplicate a variety of video formats.Communicate to relevant stakeholders on content deliveries and troubleshoot any issues with incoming content.Plan, check and coordinate the recording of captioning commitments to adhere to broadcast requirements.Manage server space.Liaising with Schedulers, Master Control, Studio and O.B crewsPreparation of Foxtel Media and FTA commercial commitments for broadcastThis role requires work on a 24/7 shift pattern with overnight and weekends.To excel in this position, you will possess the following skills & experience;
- You have studied or interested in TV Production
Reliable, flexible and proactive and have good attention to detail.Possess excellent written and verbal communication skillsEnthusiastic self-starter who is happy to work proactively, both autonomously and in a teamPunctual, reliable, honest & have good attention to detail.Extremely organised, process oriented, can multi-task, and can work quickly whilst delivering quality outcomes to tight deadlines (or even ahead of time!)You have a wide knowledge of content across TV, movies and sportTo assist your success in this role you will take part in our 6 weeks full time paid training where you will gain an overall understanding of the role & its requirements.A note to recruitment agencies - we have this role covered.
