Service Coordinator – Perth Metro

This role involves drawing on a wide range of skills, knowledge and experience - which includes:

Essential Criteria                                                           

• Ability to work effectively as part of an established, cohesive team
• Competence in all Microsoft applications (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to lead and present information to a large group
• Ability to line manage a team, including performance management
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to use a CRM system and rostering software
• Ability to problem solve and work autonomously 
• Excellent time management skills

Highly regarded skills

• Previous service coordination experience
• Experience in the Disability sector
• Sector knowledge of the NDIS
• Experience delivering shared supports in a SIL environment.
