We are now looking for an experienced consultant or leader to take on the challenging and rewarding role of Team Leader.As a Team Leader overseeing your store you will be responsible to drive sales, motivate team members, grow key KPIs, along with a number of other responsibilities. It will also be your responsibility to work closely with the Area Leader to ensure that your store is contributing to meet area targets.Responsibilities include:

• Maintaining all OBW Business and Operating systems
• Meeting shop Budget and P&L expectations
• Coaching and developing team members.
• Providing vision and motivation for the team
• Maintaining an overall positive office environment
