Situated in the bustling hub of our WA Bibra Lake offices, this role as a Service Support Coordinator, places you at the helm of coordinating crucial support functions for our field services teams. From scheduling Service Technicians to orchestrating training sessions and managing invoicing, your organizational prowess ensures seamless operations. Armed with an in-depth knowledge of our products and services, you'll expertly field inquiries from both internal and external clients. Collaborating effortlessly with our national customer service team, you'll swiftly resolve customer queries via various channels. Tasks and responsibilities may include:
- Liaising with our customers to schedule and coordinate Service Technicians for field services work.
- Coordination of training & inductions.
- Arranging Travel & accommodation.
- Invoicing clients.
- Attending to and successfully completing customer enquiries.
- Answering of internal and external correspondence (phones and emails).
- Processing of Quotes and Orders.
- Providing effective customer service for all internal and external customers.
- Previous experience (minimum 2 years) in a similar role.
- Ability to work additional hours as required, including weekends and public holidays.
- High level of written and verbal communication.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Work and Excel.
- Ability to work with multiple and complex information systems.
