Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead our team of service coordinators with assurance, instilling our company values and expectations.
- Oversee the smooth operation of our residential SIL houses, ensuring administrative tasks are handled with precision and care.
- Client meetings, from menu planning to activity coordination, fostering a sense of community and engagement.
- Collaborate with a diverse range of stakeholders to ensure seamless service provision, from families to healthcare professionals.
- Stay ahead of the curve by remaining well-informed on NDIS regulations and requirements, guiding our team to compliance excellence.
- Mentor and support our support workers through supervision, performance reviews, and ongoing training initiatives.
- Maintain meticulous records and reports, ensuring data integrity and organizational compliance.
- Be the first point of contact for support workers and participants alike, offering guidance and assistance whenever needed.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in the NDIS industry and Service Delivery roles is a must.
- A genuine passion for person-centered care and making a positive impact in the lives of others.
- Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced and ever-evolving industry.
