Across the globe, CCS delivers 450 million mail packs and 87 million e-Communications and processes 75 million inbound transactionsA role you will love The successful candidate's primary role would be to project manage the client's digital and print communication needs to their customers.The Client Services team is committed to delivering a service that provides recognised and sustained value, provides service excellence and positions CCS as the partner of choice for our clients.Some of your key responsibilities will include: Coordinate and manage client-requested jobs from initiation stage to completion to deliver outcomes for our customers Building strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders to deliver timely, high quality communication outcomesDelivering quality service to our clients, whilst successfully meeting agreed KPIs and performance metrics. This will be achieved through a full understanding of clients' business needs. What will you bring to the role? You are proactive and thrive in both individual and team environments.
