THE OPPORTUNITY  

We have a permanent full-time opportunity available for a Service Delivery Team Lead in our Perth customer site.  

This role requires the ability to provide effective and efficient Service Delivery, managing the onsite Service Delivery Staff, achieving an appropriate balance of delighting our customers, delivering sustainable outcomes, and development of their team members. 

Key Responsibilities:   

  • Ensuring a positive Customer Experience by being a trusted advisor, completing all required work to a high-quality standard, advising customers of the most efficient quality and cost-effective solutions to meet their design, communication, print and distribution requirements and contributing to the continuous improvement of customer delight.  
  • Day to day management of different Service Offerings at one site. 
  • Changes to priority, schedule and customer requirements are managed and communicated to all relevant stakeholders 
  • Managing staffing resources with emphasis on forecasting and planning within budget and optimising resourcing levels to workload requirements 
  • Increased employee performance through effective deployment and leadership of the Performance Management cycle including the provision of feedback, reviewing individual progress monthly, managing high and poor performance, and captured within the current system 
  • Leading and building highly performing teams that fully utilise all the capabilities of the team members 

Skills & Qualifications:     

  • Demonstrated experience in leading a team to measurable outcomes (for example, acting in higher positions, leading projects, previous Team Leader experience etc). 
  • Previous experience in a Service Delivery environment with exceptional customer service skills 
  • High volume print production experience. 
  • Previous experience in a Document Services environment, EG, Mail, Print or Records Management 
  • Certificate III in Printing is desirable, or the willingness to participate in a workplace program to obtain this qualification 
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills 
  • Experience using Microsoft Office (intermediate level) and print production software (eg. Adobe/ GX Print Servers / FreeFlow Makeready)
