Title: Service Desk Analyst, Permanent - Full-time Role, 35 hours per week
Salary Range: $95447.05 to $110924.98 per annum + super (subject to skills and experience)

Our opportunity: The key focus areas of this role include: 1) Support the Northern Beaches Council and specified vendors with all associated IDT managed hardware / software and help the Service Desk to deliver according to SLA, KPI requirements. 2) Adhere to ITIL best practices and processes per the Council’s ITSM requirements 3) Complete level 1 troubleshooting and then deliver technical escalation where required 4) Provide an excellent customer experience in delivering all IT Services to internal and external customers
