You would be supporting external clients as our client is a professional services company providing support to multiple clients ranging from medium to enterprise. As such the technology stack is diverse, ranging from Microsoft 365 to Azure, VMWare, Hyper-V, Cisco etc.
You would be providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance to clients remotely and on-site. You will repsonsible for troubleshooting a wide range of technical issues.
Escalated support is proivided so you have access to Level 2/3 Engineers within your team to assist with the more complex issues. They are also happy to share their knowledge.
