About the role
Due to continued success, we are expanding and looking for a talented individual to join us as a Service Desk Analyst. We seek excellent customer service skills, a positive attitude, and a desire to keep developing. Oh, and a love of technology.
The type of person we seek
You’ll have strong experience in:
- Delivering outstanding customer service
- Triage, respond and resolve tickets via phone and email
- Technical support and troubleshooting across a range of exciting technologies
- Writing and maintaining documentation
