About the role and team
We have an opportunity for a Service Hub Co-ordinator to join our growing Office Services team based in our Sydney office.
Reporting to the Office Manager, you will be responsible for co-ordinating the activities of the service clerks to ensure the Service Hub (mailroom) is running smoothly and efficiently.
Key responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
  • training and mentoring service clerks;
  • delegating tasks to service clerks;
  • reviewing and developing more efficient Service Hub processes and procedures;
  • reviewing jobs as they are completed to ensure that the work is completed correctly;
  • general Service Hub duties e.g. photocopying, scanning and printing jobs;
  • handling enquiries from internal clients in relation to progress of work and managing expectations;
  • being the first point of contact and resolving internal and external complaints;
  • maintaining stationary in all utility rooms and office service areas; and
  • other ad-hoc tasks as required.
Skills and experience
We would like to hear from candidates with the following skills and experience:
  • minimum 2+ years’ experience in a similar role in a professional services firm;
  • experience supervising a team;
  • excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
  • working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook;
  • strong customer service experience and skills;
  • strong attention to detail and organisational skills; and
  • have a flexible, reliable with a ‘can do’ attitude and a proactive approach.
