We have a permanent opportunity available for a Service Integration Manager. In this role, you will lead and manage a team to integrate, coordinate and govern technology services delivered across ITG and our technology partners and suppliers. You will deliver organisational performance outcomes in accordance with the Corporation’s policies and procedures and agreed scope and requirements. You will also alignment to and support of other team's activities across the organisation.

There are a few things that we’ll look for in your CV;
You will have a degree level qualification in relevant technology discipline and/or formal ITIL, IT Service Management and/or SIAM training and qualifications. Along with your extensive experience in vendor relationship management, you will have experience in the ITIL/ IT Service Management and SIAM. You will be a natural leader with the ability to manage people to maximise their potential and their work contribution. You will be someone with extensive experience in technology service management in team management or supervisory positions and will have proven experience in managing, organising and reporting functional activities to deliver organisational outcomes
What the role will involve
- Manage a vendor agnostic function that provides governance and coordination across technology service delivery.
- Manage end-to-end service delivery to ensure delivery service commitments of both internal and Third-Party Suppliers & continual service improvements.
- Partner with Technology Sourcing & Contract Management to establish and manage contractual obligations aligned to operational service performance.
- Provide a single interface between Third Party Suppliers from a service delivery perspective.
- Implement and support a partnering approach to build and enable innovation and growth
- Develop a SIAM partnership ecosystem based on trust and value with Third Party Suppliers
- Manage the design and operation of enterprise level processes across services while aligning to variations in supplier driven processes.
- Report to leadership and key stakeholders based on service, and not individual service components.
