Service Manager – The Lane Group
The Lane Group are a privately owned motor vehicle group who are looking for a Service Manager with at least 3 years’ experience within the auto industry to join our team in Mandurah.
Reporting to the COO, this position would be ideally suited to a candidate in a similar role, a motivated and experienced senior service advisor wanting to take the next step up, or an experienced foreman looking to enter a manager role.
Your key responsibilities include:
- Performance, Management & Coordination of the Service Department
- Meeting set ‘Key Performance Indicators’ and targets
- Ensuring customer satisfaction through all interactions and services
- Adherence to all operating procedures and manufacturer’s requirements
To be successful in this role, applicants must have:
- Experience in a vehicle franchise environment
- Understands productivity & efficiency of a workshop
- Strong people management & communication skills
- A positive & proactive attitude with a drive to success
- An ability to build relationships and exceed expectations
- Understands budget or has the desire to learn
- Western Australian driver’s license
- Titan DMS experience is preferred but not essential
