Keep Moving is a well-established locally owned and operated Northern Territory business, established in 2006. Keep Moving provides assistive technology equipment solutions to hospitals, primary health care clinics, aged care facilities, disability, and rehabilitation sectors, and individuals requiring assistive technology and support.
About You
As Keep Moving continue with our exciting period of growth, our team must grow to support this. As a result, we are looking for a Service Manager, to lead and nurture this area of our business.
We need you to bring your experience from similar customer service roles. You’re someone that loves a fast-paced environment, you’re able to adapt quickly, manage workloads and meet deadlines. Ideally, you will have some form of trade qualification. You will love mentoring and training others.
You must be able to work in Australia with no restrictions and resident in the Darwin area.
Required Licenses and Compliance Checks
- A full driver’s license
- Current National Criminal records check (or willingness to obtain)
- Current Working with Children check (or willingness to obtain)
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
What you’ll do:
The Service Manager will manage a perpetual process of excellence in service delivery and client customer care.
The Service Manager is the front-line for the Service Division and will monitor and manage all aspects of the Service Division including client enquiry, job allocation, job scheduling, repair and maintenance quoting including parts and job invoicing.
You will be supported by and provide direction and mentoring to a team of three administrative staff and five technicians.
The Service Manager will also monitor and manage all Service Agreements and Service Contracts, Client Customer Care and Client Complaints and Feedback.
The Service Manager will take a high-profile role within the organisation, being highly active, highly visible and highly accessible, spending the majority of his/her time executing service excellence within the Division.
The Service Manager will act as a positive role model to all staff and clients with respect and dignity. He/she will demonstrate a commitment to working as part of the Keep Moving Team in support of the company Mission, Vision and Values.
What we are looking for:
- An expert of their craft with 2+ year experience in a similar commercial role
- Someone with exceptional attention to detail, with
- Able to think Strategically, (beyond just the here and now) Keep Moving is growing, and we need you to help us navigate our way through different complexities as we continue to scale, previous experience in a high growth company would be advantageous

- Comfortable with Multitasking. You have a passion for efficiency, process improvements, and map out a path to clarity and execution. You can work out ways to achieve the desired goals.
