From our Head Office in Redland Bay, Queensland, we support a number of Sales Managers and Service Technicians throughout Australia and New Zealand. ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
Due to continual growth of our organisation, we are currently seeking an energetic and experienced Service Manager to be based in New South Wales.
This varied full-time position is dedicated to providing customer service support to our existing customers whilst also spreading the Vemag Australia and products to new and potential customers.
- Identify opportunities and generate leads
- Assist customer queries about products, prices, availability and product uses
- Travel within NSW, with some interstate travel when required
- Provide a high level of customer service
- Develop business relationships within the industry
The success applicant will cover a wide range of products and provide a one-stop shop solution for customers in all aspects of the food industry.
ABOUT YOU
- A passion and attitude for providing an outstanding customer experience
- Must possess strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Prior knowledge of the Food Processing and Packaging Machine Industry
- Communicate effectively with the team
- Dealing effectively with challenging issues and providing guidance and support to customers and the team
