We are looking for a motivated self-starter with previous automotive Service experience to join our busy Service department at our multi franchise dealership.
Reporting directly to the General Manager, the main focus of the Service Manager is to plan, organise, lead and control the service department, ensuring the service department is efficient and profitable.
In this role you must have the following:
- a strong desire to exceed customer expectations
- a positive attitude and desire to succeed
- Minimum 5 years experience in an automotive service operations environment would be desirable
- Highly developed customer and employee relations skills
- Effective time management skills
